On May 13, 2020, the General Secretariat of the Judicial Council in México City, instructed the Superior Court in México City to carry out as soon as possible the implementation of platforms, systems and technological tools necessary for modernization and proper functioning of the jurisdictional Court, in order to implement, among other things, the use of the certified electronic signature of the Federal Judiciary (FIREL) and the electronic signature of the Tax Administration Service (FIEL), use of a stamp and electronic documents, as well as initiating the development of the electronic signature at the Court in México City.
